The Pre-Inspection Agreement is the only contract between you and us. To give you peace of mind it states what we inspect (see our What To Expect page for more details), the limitations of the inspection, general terms and conditions, and has an arbitration clause. The Agreement must be signed before the inspection can take place.
We will send you an invoice to pay your deposit and to hold your selected appointment date/time (in order to expedite your request you must pay this with a credit or debit card). The remaining balance will be due at the time of the inspection (you can pay this with cash, check, credit card or debit card).
2) We will then send you an invoice for a deposit, which you must pay in order to hold your appointment time. You can pay with a credit or debit card directly from a link on the invoice through Paypal (you do NOT need a Paypal account).
3) We will send you a pre-inspection agreement to look over and sign ahead of time or at the time of inspection.
